We're thrilled to introduce Teacher Join Links, a powerful new feature designed for School and District Administrators to effortlessly invite teachers to join your Typing.com account. No more manual setups or chasing down individual accounts. With Teacher Join Links, you can invite new teachers to join your license with unparalleled ease!

What's New?

This new feature offers a quick and efficient way for you to onboard new faculty. Instead of manually creating each teacher's account, you can now generate a unique, time-sensitive link that new teachers can use to self-register or connect their existing account directly to your school or district.

How It Works: For Administrators

Generating a Teacher Join Link is simple and gives you precise control:

1. Navigate to the "Teachers and Admins" section in your dashboard.

2. Click the "Invite Faculty" button located at the top right.

3. From the dropdown menu, select "Invite Teachers".

4. If you are a District Admin managing multiple schools, you will first need to select the specific School the new teacher should be associated with.

5. Simply click the "Copy Invite Link" button. A tooltip will appear, confirming the link is valid for 14 days, and it will be copied to your clipboard.

6. Share this unique link with your new teachers however you’d like.

What the Invited Teacher Sees

When a teacher clicks on your unique Join Link:

• They'll land on a dedicated page confirming their connection to your specific school/district, sent from you as the inviter.

• They will be prompted to enter their work email to continue.

• The system will then guide them through the process of creating a teacher account or signing into an existing one, automatically linking them to your school's Typing.com license.
