How Does It Work?

Visual Status Indicators

On Student profiles in the Teacher portal, you'll see:

• PLUS with crown icon 👑: Student has an active PLUS license

• Free with warning triangle ⚠️: Student is on the free plan

• Clear explanations: Like "On the free plan because PLUS access has been turned off for their grade level"

The License Usage Report

This powerful new report shows:

• Current license status for every student in your school (PLUS or Free)

• "PLUS (Assigned on next login)" status for students who will receive a license when they next sign in

• Last login times to help identify inactive students using licenses

Where Can I Find It?

Access the full License Usage Report from:

1. The Reports menu under "License Usage"

2. The Billing section when you see the "View Licenses Report" link (happens when you're low on/out of licenses)

3. Any license warning message that appears in the portal

Individual license status indicators appear in:

• Student profile pages

• Lesson progress views for students (to explain why they can't see certain content)
